Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Church on the Rock is seeking a dependable, part-time Maintenance Technician to help care for and improve our facilities. This role supports a safe, welcoming environment for services, events, staff, and guests.
Responsibilities include:

Responsible for passing down culture and leading a team of volunteers for the maintenance department.

Perform general building maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical basics, carpentry, painting, lighting, etc.)

Assist with minor construction and facility improvement projects.

Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance and safety needs.

Help with room setups and support services and events as needed.

Lead and work with volunteer maintenance teams when required.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.

Assisting in Serve Days.

When needed during a service to assist with emergences.
Qualifications:
-
Experience in building maintenance or related trades preferred.
- Skilled with hand and power tools.
- Able to work independently and manage time well.
- Comfortable leading and working with volunteers.
- Physically able to perform manual labor and lift equipment.
Horario:
-
Part-time; hours vary.
- Occasional evenings or weekends required.
